As a result of the dynamic development of the legal predecessor which was founded in 1987, the Group was created in 1994, so that the individual activities – in order to serve the growing customer base faster – were organised in different companies. The control of the group is operated by the Intersoft Hungary Ltd. In addition to doing the tasks of the holding company, it coordinates the management of complex projects and assures the big business background for the customers and employees of the group at the same time. It plays a significant role in the development of the strategically important activities, which provide orientation for the group in the years to come. This includes the development and implementation of product incubation, but also the coordination of R&D activities.
The development activities, creation and use of new products, working out of integrated IT-Systems, operators, and the achievement of R&D in practice, are the tasks of Intersoft Informatics Ltd. The Intersoft Informatics is not only with its own activities, products and services present on the market, but also in charge of the development and operational background of the other members of the group.
The Intersoft Consulting Ltd is the supplier of business solutions. The dynamically growing software company offers ERP-Systems, BI-Applications, customer contact systems and document- and workflow control systems from the product range of leading application suppliers. It integrates in its solutions even the products and services which were produced by the other members of the group.
The Intersoft Controlling Ltd offers customers of the group comprehensive services in finance and accounting. The technical background of its services is provided by the IT-Systems which were developed by the companies of the group. It may thus appear to offer customers an outstanding security, which means a steady lead in the demanding market.
The Offisys-Union Ltd offers the group and the customers a reliable hardware environment. The company has many years of experience in the design and operation of networks, hardware procurement and support of their functionality, and offers even to customers which require the largest national network, however operate a small office, the perfect solution.
The Ylon Ltd is the youngest member of the group, and is especially in the development and implementation of financial models with respect to the project incubation a good partner. The company, which operates in the fields of investment and financing guaranteed by the design of a package of services – from the preparation of various projects, to services in terms of complex business management, IT- and financial advisory services – a unique atmosphere for new or existing entrepreneurs to successful business transition and to support ist continued operation.
